Pavilion of Denmark - a turn-key package to ease organisations’ participation in trade shows

The advantages of Pavillion of Denmark are many. 

For exhibitors: 

• Exhibitor companies free up time from administrative and coordination tasks to instead keep focus on their products, services, and customers
• The exhibitor companies often find opportunities for cooperation and can offer joined solutions
• Exhibitor companies get more marketing for less money

For customers:

• Danish companies are easy to locate and spot
• Customers can meet numerous Danish companies at the same time
• Customers can more easily combine products from different suppliers to achieve better joined solutions

Before the trade show we:

• Book floor space at a prime location
• Keep a close dialogue with the exhibition organiser and inform exhibitors of important deadlines and other relevant information
• Make sure that exhibitor companies become part of relevant marketing material, e.g a company profile in the official exhibition catalogue and the Pavilion of Denmark handout

Companies’ individual booth includes:

• Stand construction and dismantling
• Our stand constructor prints and brings exhibitor companies’ graphics to the show at print cost
• Minimum 9 sqm of floor space, with 1, 2 or 3 walls for exhibitor companies’ graphics depending on the floor plan
• Cleaning and waste disposal
• Brochure rack, carpet, walls, meeting table and chairs, lighting, standard electricity, company name and logo

In cooperation with our stand constructor, we offer the following at additional costs:

• Counters, flat screens and podiums for exhibitor companies’ booths
• Print of reuseable posters for the expo walls (when possible)
• 3D layouts and consultation to optimize exhibitor companies’ booth layout
• Transport of your own show pieces through joint transport agreement

Every Pavilion of Denmark has a joint area including:

• Coffee, tea, cold beverages and snacks for exhibitor companies and their guests
• Tables and often seating for meetings at the exhibition floor
• A representative from Danish Export Association assisting throughout the entire event allowing exhibitor companies to focus on your partners and customers

Often, we will arrange one or two events during the exhibition:

• A reception with invited guest where exhibitor companies can invite their partners and customers as well
• B2B meetings, matchmaking or similar
• A networking dinner for the Danish companies exhibiting at Pavilion of Denmark
